Advisory grounded in delivered work.

Most consulting firms sell the deck. We sell the people who have done it. Each mandate is held by people who have run the same kind of build, the same kind of launch, the same kind of capital cycle and can speak to it without a slide.

This practice grew out of the other two: our technology and market-entry clients kept needing help structuring deals, writing family-office models and signing JVs so we built a team to do it well.

We’re not a retainer shop. You bring us in for a specific decision, we help you make it and we step out when it’s done.

Each one is here because we’ve been inside it, not the consultant outside it. Mandates are short, senior and held to a fixed scope.

    Capital partnerships

    Introductions and term work for the capital partnership that doesn’t announce itself, private credit, strategic equity, family-office co-investment. Sized to a single transaction, not a standing retainer.

    Portfolio operating advisory

    Brought in by a holding company or family office to operate alongside a portfolio CEO for a defined window, a quarter, a launch, a board cycle. We sit in the room when the move is made and step out when it’s closed.
