Technology · TNAADO Inc.

A Toronto firm that builds and runs its own software.

Apps on the App Store, systems we operate daily, and client platforms — all of it built in-house.

S.01 How We Operate

Built in Toronto. Never outsourced.

The engineers who write your code are the ones you deal with directly. No work is subcontracted out, and there is no offshore delivery team.

S.02 Shipped

Work that is live right now.

Real clients, real stacks — pulled from the same database that runs our case studies.

S.03 How We Build

We built our own agent system.

We run specialist AI agents — each given written rules for our stack, our security review and our release path — across parallel branches. An engineer reads every diff before it merges.

  • Agents and skills written in-house, for our own stack
  • One branch per task, each on its own preview URL
  • Human review required before anything reaches production
Three agent sessions running side by side in tiled terminals on one desk, each working a separate branch.
Three agents, three branches, one desk. Every diff is read by a person before it merges.

How a change actually reaches production

  1. Branch A
    1. branch cut
    2. agent builds
    3. preview URL
    4. engineer reads the diff
    5. merged
  2. Branch B
    1. branch cut
    2. agent builds
    3. preview URL
    4. engineer reads the diff
    5. merged
  3. Branch C
    1. branch cut
    2. agent builds
    3. preview URL
    4. engineer reads the diff
    5. merged

Each branch deploys to its own preview URL, so a change can be opened and checked before it is merged rather than after.

S.04 Our Own Software

We built it for ourselves first.

TNAADO started by building its own products. These are running now, and you can open any of them.

S.05 Citadel

Citadel app icon — the secure local AI workspace built by TNAADO.

The AI workspace we built for our own desks.

Citadel is a macOS application for running AI work on a machine we control, rather than posting the firm’s material into someone else’s service.

Built · In in-house testing · Not publicly available

Citadel's agent library: a category list with counts beside it — legal, medical and clinical, finance, creative, engineering — next to the All Agents heading.

Citadel running on macOS, captured from the application itself.
