Privacy Policy.
Effective January 30, 2026 · Last updated June 24, 2026. This policy covers the TNAADO services arm at service.tnaado.ca. Our media site and consumer apps (including The Dispatch) are governed by the universal policy at tnaado.ca/privacy.
S.01 Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how TNAADO Inc. (“TNAADO”, “we”, “us”) collects and handles personal information through our services website, service.tnaado.ca, where prospective and current clients reach us about technology, media and consulting engagements. TNAADO complies with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), applicable provincial privacy statutes and equivalent international regimes.
S.02 Information We Collect
When you contact us or engage our services, we collect the information you provide — your name, email, company, phone number and the details of your inquiry or project — along with the content of our correspondence. When you browse the site we collect standard technical information (IP address, browser/device type, session logs and cookies). We do not ask for sensitive personal information through this site.
S.03 How We Use It
We use Information to respond to and scope inquiries, to deliver and administer engagements and contracts, to operate and secure the site, to understand site use at an aggregate level, and to meet our legal, tax and regulatory obligations.
S.04 On-Site Assistant
This site may offer an assistant (“Terence”) to help answer questions. Messages you type into it are processed to generate a response and to improve our service. Do not enter confidential or sensitive information into the assistant; to share those, contact us directly so we can handle them appropriately.
S.05 Sharing & Service Providers
We do not sell or rent your data. We share Information only with service providers bound by confidentiality (for hosting, email, analytics and security), to comply with legal obligations such as court orders or regulatory requests, and in connection with a merger, acquisition or transfer of our business, with notice where reasonably practicable.
S.06 Data Security
We use encrypted, secured infrastructure and transmit over HTTPS with current TLS, enforce access controls and review our systems. No method of transmission over the internet is entirely secure; we recommend you avoid sending sensitive documents over unsecured networks.
S.07 Retention
We retain Information only as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and to satisfy legal, tax, regulatory or accounting obligations, after which records are securely destroyed. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see below).
S.08 Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may access, correct or request deletion of your personal data; withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing; receive a portable copy of your data; and complain to a privacy authority, including the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. To exercise these rights, contact [email protected].
S.09 International Transfers
Where data is transferred outside Canada (for example, for cloud storage with reputable providers), we apply contractual and organizational safeguards intended to provide a comparable level of protection.
S.10 Cookies & Analytics
We use cookies and aggregate analytics to operate and improve the site. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some functionality may be reduced.
