T.00 Tools & Platforms
The stack we build on.
Every platform we build on, and one honest line on what each one is actually for. No stack we cannot hand over, and nothing on this list that your team could not run without us.
T.01 The Stack
What we build on.
We pick the stack your team can run, not the one trending in a deck. Most builds sit on a small set of well-understood tools — boring on purpose, like a good runbook.
- Supabase The database and the logins behind every product we run.
- PostgreSQL What Supabase runs on, with the access rules held inside it.
- Vercel Hosting, preview links, and scheduled jobs for every site.
- Next.js The framework behind our websites and web apps.
- TypeScript Every web and server file, checked before it can go live.
- Tailwind CSS The styling, driven by one set of design values per product.
- Stripe Card payments, subscriptions, invoices, and seller payouts.
- Apple The iPhone platform our native apps are built and released on.
- Swift Our native iPhone apps, including the sensor and camera work.
- Expo One codebase when an app needs to run on iPhone and Android.
- Google Cloud Sign-in, service accounts, Gmail, Drive, and Wallet passes.
- Google Maps Place search and venue details inside the apps we build.
- Google Ads Campaigns we set up and manage for local businesses.
- Google Search Console Checking what Google has indexed, and submitting sitemaps.
- Cloudflare Domains, page speed, bot checks, and live video.
- GitHub Where the code lives, and where the checks run on it.
- Anthropic The AI models behind our features and our own products.
T.02 In The Open
We built 175 more and gave them away.
tools.tnaado.ca runs 175 working calculators on the same stack above, free to use. Break-even, valuation, cash flow, margin and pricing for operators; concrete, lumber, roofing, drywall and paint for the trades. No sign-up. It is the cheapest way to check whether we can build.
T.03 Why This Set
Boring on purpose.
Hireable
Your team can staff it
Everything here is something you can hire for in Toronto without a search firm. A clever stack nobody else knows is a dependency on us, and everything we build is built to be handed over cleanly.
Portable
You can leave
Postgres is Postgres wherever it runs. The database, the code and the domain are yours, in your own accounts, and moving off us does not mean a rebuild.
Proven here first
We run it ourselves
Every tool we use is running our own products, not just client work. If a pattern breaks, it breaks on us before it reaches you.
