Who owns the footage, and can we have the raw files?
You own the finished films outright. We hand over the raw footage on request.
Who turns up on the day?
Our own crew. The same people film our newsroom’s stories, and the same people cut yours. Meet them.
Is the equipment hired in for the job?
No. The cameras, the lights and the sound kit are ours, and they live at 1050 King Street West between jobs. See the equipment.
What if the work is not what we agreed?
Tell us in writing within thirty days of delivery and we fix it at no charge. The terms say what that covers.
