We shoot them. Anything beyond what we agreed goes in writing before we start.
Who owns the photos, and can we have the raw files?
You own the finished photos outright, and the raw files are yours on request.

What if the work is not what we agreed?
Tell us in writing within thirty days of delivery and we fix it at no charge. The terms say what that covers.
